French Speaking - Customer Service Assistants required for a fast moving, innovative, well backed and growing start up,
We are looking for fluent French speakers.
The ideal candidate will be articulate, enjoy engaging and assisting customers,
The duties will include
- Responding to queries via email in French, chat, social media and phone.
- Manage relationships with customers by providing fast, accurate and helpful responses to queries in French.
- Resolve customer queries through the most effective means in a professional but friendly manner.
- Actively participate in various projects within the department.
- Always look to pro-actively support customers and to be an ambassador for the company.
- Team player, with a genuine interest in resolving customer problems.
- Hands on, self-motivated and energetic
- Strong written & verbal communication skills using French;
- Strong IT skills;
- Ability to pick things up very quickly;
- Articulate with an excellent telephone manner;
- Efficient, organised and able to work on own proactive initiative;
- Dependable and enthusiastic.
Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a customer facing role handling customer complaints, resolving problems.
- Customer Service experience in any industry desirable;
- Must be available to work some shifts between 8 am and 9 pm on a rota, including some weekends;
- Must be computer literate.
- Fluent written and spoken French
- Fluent written and spoken English
