Our prestigious multinational partner company is looking for a talented Customer Contract Services Specialist to their team in Budapest.

What you will be doing:

• Interacts with customers and company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of functions
• Answer non-technical questions regarding company products
• Determines the status of returns, repairs, replacements, orders, delivery schedules, etc.
• Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing and resolves return credit problems
• Take orders by telephone and correspondence from customers and representatives, quotes prices and delivery dates.
• Contract Services Specialist is in charge of the registration, billing and maintenance of CSS (Customer Support Service) Service Contracts for EMEA.
• Service Contracts cover Extended Guarantees, Maintenance Agreements, Installation, Per Call, Training Services and can be sold either through Packs or through Financial Part Numbers.
• Content and pricing of the offerings are defined by the Sales & Marketing organization and Contract Manager is in charge of controlling that the orders are complete for registration and billing and that they respect all elements of Lexmark business policies and procedures.

Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Graduate BA/BS degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in services, post-sales activities, contract administration or order management is preferred
• Full professional proficiency in English AND French
• Working knowledge of Siebel and/or SAP systems is a clear advantage
• Customer Service oriented
• Proactive and open to new ideas
• Good team player
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office and in particular Excel
