French Speaking Customer Account Manager

Our client is currently seeking to recruit an French Speaking Customer Account Manager to join their team in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an internationally recognized and world leading Manufacturing company. The successful candidate will take on full responsibility for handling and managing key accounts, customer liaison, and maintaining high class customer service levels.

The role will include speaking to customers and clients and dealing with their account. Duties will involve:
· Invoicing and dealing with payments and billings on the account
· Speaking with customers and taking any complaints calls and dealing with any issues
· Advising on products and prices for customers that may suit their needs
· Building relationships with clients and customers
· Dealing with suppliers and negotiating
· Being able to communicate with clients in both French and English fluently
· Email and telephone correspondence

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must be fluent, written and spoken, in French AND English.

You must have a natural ability to build rapport and relationships, whilst maintaining a professional customer focussed approach.

Strong communication skills are Integral to be successful within the role as you will be working in a fast paced environment.
