French Speaking Administrator

We are recruiting for a French Speaking Administrator in the Birmingham area. Our Client is a well-established Company.

As a French Speaking Administrator you will need to have/be:

·Strong administration background
·Ideally accounts experience
·Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Details:

·Salary: Up to £16,000.00 per annum
·Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
·Location: Birmingham
·Duration: Permanent

Role of a French Speaking Administrator:

·Supporting the assistant export manager with key client accounts and customers from the French market.
·Carry out general administration including filing, photocopying, incoming/outgoing post and any other ad hoc administration duties
·Responsible for all aspects of sales ledger including entering details on to the Aged Debt spreadsheet, check aged debt records for outstanding payments, prepare sales agent commission, prepare credit request file
·Processing orders and shipping documents and ensuring they are emailed/faxed to the relevant customer or agent
