A one-of-a-kind opportunity to join a Global firm in the Finance & Investment

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an experienced an administrative director for a global financial company in their beautiful London office. This role will require a high-level of confidence, strong organisational skills to manage and coordinate a variety of tasks across the office.

This is a varied and busy role, where you will be using your French languages skills and manage a friendly, growing and driven administrative team of this global corporation.

Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overseeing office operations and logistics for the region

- Be the main point of contact for head office with regards to budget, operations and processes

- Manage a team of 7 staff (based in separate location)

- Coordinate internal departments and teams to ensure effective business operations

- Communicate effectively with Senior Managers and Head Office

- Provide support to the MD with successfully implementing policies

- Oversee budgeting and accounting procedures

- Manage operating costs and expenses

- Evaluate performance of team members

- Assist with improving internal processes

- Occasional travel to Paris Offices

Requirements:

- Bilingual French and English language skills both Written and Spoken

- Previous experience in team and office management

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ideally a background or interest in the financial or investment sector

- Outstanding communication skills

- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills and additional software applications

- Initiative and discretion

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to prioritise and work in fast-paced environment

- A can-do attitude.

- A great team player who can show willingness to help

- Adaptable Creative Problem-solving capabilities

- Professional, polite, friendly.
