French Speaking Accounts Administrator

Are you a fluent or native French speaker with experience in Accounts or Credit Control? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client is looking for an exceptional French Speaking Accounts Administrator to join their team in Sutton Coldfield. If you are a bright, driven, French and English speaking graduate who is looking for a career in accounts or if you have previous experience within an accounts role then please get in touch today!

Key duties will include:

  • Liaising with international colleagues
  • Dealing with sales ledger administration tasks
  • Credit control for various accounts, franchisees and customers
  • Ensuring that payment plans are managed effectively
  • Ensuring that general administrative and office tasks are carried out as required

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Exceptional communication skills in French and English (German also advantageous)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • 12 months experience working in a credit control or accounts administration role
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Able to handle difficult situations and resolve conflict whilst staying calm and composed
  • A proactive, driven and a positive 'can-do' attitude
