Our client, a privately owned US business specialising in the manufacture of high quality goods are looking for a French Reporting Accounting. Based on the outskirts of Gloucester, they are easily commutable from North or South via the M5. This role comes with a generous basic salary plus a guaranteed first year bonus and the sort of benefits you would expect from a world class company.
There are two key factors; you must speak fluent French and have detailed knowledge and experience of reporting under French GAAP including in depth understanding of local tax requirements.
Working within their EMEA reporting team your key responsibility will the accounting and reporting for a large French subsidiary including statutory reporting, tax and reporting to the parent company in the US. As required you will provide support to other French subsidiaries and play an active role in the improvement and development of standardised reporting across the EMEA Region.
Experience of US GAAP and SAP would be advantageous but if you are fluent in French, communicate well and have excellent knowledge of French GAAP with practical experience you will be considered.
