Main duties:
To be responsible for, manage and develop an efficient operational team to effectively provide a World Class Customer Service to corporate and individual clients

The Role:
- To motivate and support the team (up to 5)
- To process improvement and problem solving where the Customer service Team require support
- To provide support service to the sales team
- To produce sales and statistical reports to the Management team
- To check all of the relevant information credit, delivery details, price, quantity, etc...)
- To liaise and coordinate with distribution, accounts and planning department
- To receive and process customer orders
- To develop/maintain positive relationships with customers

The Candidate:
- French to mother tongue standard (Written & spoken) - Essential
- Fluent in English (Written & spoken)
- Previous experience as a Team leader/ Customer Service Manager
- Previous experience in developing, designing and improving Customer service processes
- Customer oriented
- Team player, excel in building cooperation
- Ability to priorities skills and problem solver
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Able to engage in long term business projects

Salary: up to £30,000 p.a depending on experience
