Excellent opportunity for a French speaking 1st line IT support Specialist to join a leading and very well established and successful international company to support French speaking customers with email, calls and live chat.

Location
Hybrid role, 3 days a week in the office (South West London area)

Languages
Fluency in French is essential

Job responsibilities of the French speaking Technical Support Specialist

Your main responsibility will be to offer 1st Line technical support to French speaking customers and will include the following responsibilities:

  • Handling enquiries from French speaking customers
  • Dealing with 1st line technical requests via email, social media and live chat
  • Resolving customer queries effectively
  • Maintaining records and database
  • Handling customer complaints when necessary


The successful candidate background, experiences and skills

  • Fluency in French is essential
  • Previous experience in technical or IT support or helpdesk or a strong interest in IT
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be highly organised and a strong team player


Salary, benefits & working hours

  • Basic salary of £27,500 - £29,500 + bonus (typically up to 15-20% of basic salary)
