The Company:
Our client is a well established manufacturing company, leader in their industry

Main Duties:
To provide IT systems and processes support to all users within the group (UK & Europe)

The Role:
- Provide 1st line support and problem fixing for end users on all systems (Including remote)
- Support hardware maintenance and troubleshooting (Desktops, printers and servers)
- Software installation and maintenance
- Provide network support , phone system support
- Installation and administration of users
- Database housekeeping, record keeping and documentation
- Guaranty that reported problems are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- Occasional travel to other sites

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French and English (Spoken and Written)
- BTEC or IT qualification equivalent /experience
- A solid understanding of IT/ computers/ software IS ESSENTIAL
- Installation of software and systems IS A STRONG ADVANTAGE
- Quick thinking & True problem solver with a logical approach
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Desirable but not essential: Working knowledge of VMWare, Active Directory, QUAD, MfgPro ERP, , Linux, Exchange 2010.

Salary: Up to £22,000 pa depending on experience + Pension + Other benefits
