TITLE: French SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER

Team: Software Roll-Out team

Location:Maidenhead, Berkshire (this is mainly an office-based role with some WFH)

Contract type: Permanent role

Language required : Fluent to native standard

Salary: £44,00- £48,000 + flexible working, social events etc

The company

A SaaS company that has carved a thriving technology niche in consolidating processes into one software system for the construction trade. The company is global with a large network of clients based all over Europe, Australia and South Africa. The company creates and sells software solutions and then provides a full implementation and structured training service.

A snapshot of your role

This is a dual role:

1) PROJECT MANAGE the implementation and installation of software at client sites

2) TRAINING YOUR CLIENTS to use the software.

In this role you will have plenty of face-to-face client contact and you will need to have very refined customer care skills as well as patience and the ability to communicate persuasively (and calmly) with your clients who will need software training but who have a low IT knowledge base.

It's a lovely role in a lovely friendly family owned business where staff tend to stay for years. The role itself is varied as you will work on several projects for different clients at any one time, and you will forge trusting relationships with your clients. There will be international travel in this role .

THE ROLE

  • Full use of your French and English to liaise with a portfolio of clients and developers across France
  • You will be project managing the implementation of new software for up to 5 projects at a time
  • Gently guide your customers through a carefully structured implementation programme, taking into consideration their time scales and budgets.
  • Liaising with external suppliers and internal departments, including Purchasing, and Accounts
  • Undertake structured client training on a face to face basis, on the phone or interactively via video conferencing or webinars
  • Assist in the configuration of the software

REQUIREMENTS

  • French to native standard
  • Previous experience in rolling out business software solutions
  • Familiar with SQL
  • You must live within commuting distance to Maidenhead
