French Sales & Telemarketing Support Specialist

We have just registered a fantastic opportunity with one of our highly regarded clients for a proficient French speaking professional in the role of Sales & Marketing Support Specialist. This is a brilliant opportunity for a self-starting individual who possesses exceptional communication and client liaison skills with an expert ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional level of verbal and written proficiencies in French, with the ability to communicate with confidence fluently over the phone and via email. The role will see the successful candidate supporting premier partners in France with managing, planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Job role:Sales & Marketing Support Specialist
Location:Oxford, Oxfordshire
Salary:£20,000 - £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours:9am - 5pm
Type: Full Time, Permanent

Primary Duties:
*Working with a specific client to support their partners via telephone and email.
*Maintaining daily partner relationships to support and grow revenue.
*Contact partner organisations to identify requirements and how best to support the sales and marketing needs.
*Assist and educate clients on product information and marketing materials available to them, proactively encouraging their use.
*Build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers within a target group of partners.
*Feedback to the client on what partners are asking for in order to grow their businesses
*Act as a remote support person, available to answer any queries or questions from your target group of partners on products

Candidate Specification;
*Fluent in English and French
*Excellent client liaison skills
*A fearless approach to calling and an interest in doing a phone based role
*Ability to react and respond to queries and issues in a timely and effective manner
*Expert proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
*Ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner
*Expert ability to grow relationships through flawless execution, and being perceived as added value to the client and becoming a trusted advisor
*Strong team player to ensure working across business and client teams
*An enthusiastic interest in technology
