Our clients are leading recruitment specialists within the finance and private equity sector. They were founded in 2004, and have grown to a 20-man company, with plans to double in size over the next two years and open an office in the US. The top biller of the company has billed £500,000, with the average consultant brining in around £100,000-£150,000!

The Role - French/German Speaking Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment is essentially a sales role - you are selling people to people!
As a recruitment consultant your role is split into two parts: Business development and candidate sourcing.
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Going to client meetings to keep up to date on hiring criteria
- Headhunting, Advertising, Networking, Database
- Screening CV’s
- Interviewing candidates
- Prepping candidates for interviews
Throughout the process you will act as the 'middleman’, navigating the process and ensuring both sides know who they are seeing and when, and then gathering feedback from your client and candidate. When an offer is put on the table it is then your responsibility to negotiate the best deal for your candidate

Year 1: £35,000 OTE
Year 2: £50,000 OTE
Year 3: £100,000 OTE
0-6 months: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
6-12 months: Senior Recruitment Consultant
12-18 months: Managing Consultant
18-30: Principal Consultant
30+ months: Associate Director
- Uncapped commission structure of up to 40%

- Recent Graduate from a Top University (2:1 or above)
