We are looking for a French and German speaking Customer Care Adviser to join one of Europe's largest outsourced centres - a host to some of Europe's leading blue-chip companies. You will be confident at dealing with customer queries and ideally have a strong background within call centres, alongside you will have excellent communication skills and be happy to work in a target-based environment.
Providing outstanding customers service in a fast paced and exciting environment. You will be communicating via incoming emails, phone calls and web chat for a wide range of queries in a timely manner with a friendly and professional service.
Hours and pay:
- Full Time, 40 hours per week (5 days)
- Monday to Friday - 9am-5.30pm (evenings/weekends may be included)
- £11. 50 -£14 per hour (holiday pay included)
- Full training will be provided
- Weekly pay - every Friday!
- No Call Centre experience needed, but you will need to have great customer service experience with a pro-active attitude and willing to learn.
You will need to be able to commute to the office in Canary Wharf London.
