French Speaking - Customer Service Associate (CSA)
£25-28K per annum
Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a French Speaking - Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join an Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) company. This position is offered on a full time permanent basis, Monday - Friday.
- Processing of inbound sales queries via telephone, email and online chat
- Selling to customers, determining their needs and suggesting relevant products.
- Gather relevant customer information
- Processing of invoices and internal reports
- Assist the sales teams with any admin
- Handle customer requests for service related to password resets, download issues, technical questions, etc.
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring customers receive a timely service
- Deals with customer queries and requests in a timely manner
- Create research Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tickets.
- Raise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tickets
The successful candidate for the customer service representative position, will have the following competences:
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Able to build and maintain relationships vis email and telephone
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail
- Able to learn quickly
- Proficient computer literacy
- French Fluent
