French Speaking - Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Location: Camden


£25-28K per annum


Client Profile:

Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a French Speaking - Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join an Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) company. This position is offered on a full time permanent basis, Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of inbound sales queries via telephone, email and online chat
  • Selling to customers, determining their needs and suggesting relevant products.
  • Gather relevant customer information
  • Processing of invoices and internal reports
  • Assist the sales teams with any admin
  • Handle customer requests for service related to password resets, download issues, technical questions, etc.
  • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring customers receive a timely service
  • Deals with customer queries and requests in a timely manner
  • Create research Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tickets.
  • Raise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tickets

Personal Specification

The successful candidate for the customer service representative position, will have the following competences:

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Able to build and maintain relationships vis email and telephone
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to learn quickly
  • Proficient computer literacy
  • French Fluent
