Sales Account Manager

Our client a leading services company are currently seeking a sales account manager to work with our customers to define their requirements, arrange viewing trips to France to look at a range of properties and then help them through the financial, legal and negotiation stages of buying a property. The Property Services Executive role is a key part of this unique, high-quality property service.

The key goals are

  • to understand the buyers time-scales and property requirements
  • to build a rapport with both buyers and our agent partners so that they come to trust us as we work with them
  • to acquire a good knowledge of the French property market and the different areas covered
  • to support the Property Sales and Business Development Manager in developing the business
  • to maintain good customer and lead records

The key skills and attributes required are

  • French language to a fluent level is essential to this role genuine enjoyment in talking to people about their property
  • Ability to empathise and build rapport with all types of people
  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and of dealing with a high number of contacts
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and enthusiasm to help us improve and grow the business unit
