French Account Manager (IT Channel /Software)

Location: Northwich, Cheshire

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus commission (ca £8,000 - £10,000 on top of your basic salary)

Are you fluent in French and have previous experience in IT Sales?

You will be joining an international IT company with lovely new offices in Northwich, Cheshire.

The company has a very low turnover of staff, and a down-to-earth, relaxed atmosphere (plus you will have a lovely manager!)

As the French Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the communication, customer service and profitability of the portfolio of French accounts.

You will:

• Liaise and build strong relationship with the key re-sellers and clients in France, mainly over the phone and by email
• Process orders and quote requests
• Provide excellent customer service (which they always remember you for!)
• Be a team player and contribute to a fun, vibrant working environment

You:

• Strong communicator with fluency in French & English
• Previous software sales experience
• Good eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
• Strong negotiating skills
