Sales Account Manager - Business to business
£20,000 - increasing to £25,000 after two years, plus bonus
Our client is looking for energetic individuals to join their Sales Account Management Training Scheme. Initially the role will be focused on profiling prospects to gain information about their requirements whilst developing your knowledge of the industry.
With plenty of training and coaching along the way, the role then moves into Sales Account Management; selling over the phone, optimising opportunities and managing a client base, whilst delivering a first class customer service experience. The role is telephone based and involves cold calling.
The role offers a competitive starting salary of £20,000 per annum increasing to £25,000 per annum within the first two years (performance based). By 18 months successful employees will have on target earnings of £32,650 per annum with an opportunity of a car allowance after 2 years’ service. years. The team was set up just under 4 years ago and the established Sales Account Managers on this team are earning more than £50,000 per annum.

- Must have pro-active sales experience i.e outbound sales / cold calling / charity door knocking etc
