Our client based in Basingstoke urgently require an ad hoc Receptionist on a temporary basis to cover 24th May - June 4th! Ideally the candidate will be flexible with their working hours and will have previous experience working on a reception desk!
- Be the first point of contact for all in-coming calls
- Carry out all receptionist/telephonist duties
- Open post
- Order office stationary and supplies
- Assist with preparing HR and Finance documents whilst ensuring that they have the necessary approval prior to payment
- Facilitate meeting and make meeting room bookings
- Arrange travel arrangements for overseas visitors
- Provide holiday cover for when Office Manager is away
- Provide administrative support to other departments when necessary
