Freelance Receptionist Required!

Our client based in Basingstoke urgently require an ad hoc Receptionist on a temporary basis to cover 24th May - June 4th! Ideally the candidate will be flexible with their working hours and will have previous experience working on a reception desk!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all in-coming calls
  • Carry out all receptionist/telephonist duties
  • Open post
  • Order office stationary and supplies
  • Assist with preparing HR and Finance documents whilst ensuring that they have the necessary approval prior to payment
  • Facilitate meeting and make meeting room bookings
  • Arrange travel arrangements for overseas visitors
  • Provide holiday cover for when Office Manager is away
  • Provide administrative support to other departments when necessary
