My client is a well-established, thriving training provider with an excellent reputation. They are currently recruiting for a Freelance Hospitality Tutor to start with them in March/April 2018 for a 4 week period to deliver units from the Hospitality Level 1 qualifications to a range of 19 yrs + learners.

You will be delivering these qualifications in a classroom setting in, with class sizes of between 10 and 15.

You will need previous experience of teaching hospitality and be competent to teach the following units from the Hospitality Level 1 qualification:

Introduction to the hospitality industry
Customer service in the hospitality industry
Introduction to healthy eating
Introduction to food commodities
Introduction to personal workplace skills
Applying for jobs and courses
Legislation in food and beverage service
Understand menus

Skills and Experience:

Teaching qualification required (PTTLS or equivalent min)
Previous experience of teaching Hospitality and employability
Driving licence and access to a car for work purposes ideally

This position will need a current and enhanced DBS.

Rate: £100 to £130 per day, including annual leave allowance.
