Our client a leading Audio-Visual Company are looking for freelance AV Technicians for Live Events and Conference/Meeting Room Support. You will be working across various sectors, Corporate, Education, Finance, Broadcast and Live Events.
The ideal candidate will have good general technical knowledge with an understanding of Audio Visual equipment including Lighting, Sound, Video and Projection. You should be ambitious and able to use own initiative to solve problems.
You will need experience in pre-event testing of audio, wireless equipment, great communication and organisation skills as you would be a primary contact for event coordination liaising with clients.
Video/Audio Conference Support
Video / audio conference set-up and support ensuring all sites are connected on time transmitting good audio / video.
Faults and Room Checks
Carry out regular room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correct along with reporting faults efficiently.
General Meeting Room Support
Ensure all presentation rooms are maintained in good working order. Set up and support of all AV Equipment and Presentation Meeting Rooms. Prompt reactive response to emergency / ad-hoc requests.
You will need a minimum of 2 years experience as AV/VC/Events Technician and be able to provide. To be considered for the role you will need to send your CV and be able to provide two credible references.
