I am currently working with one of the UK's largest independent construction contractors looking to procure an Assistant Site Manager on a freelance basis for an exciting commercial project situated in Bodmin.
This is a £6.5 million new build project scheduled to handover end of September 2019.
The company are looking to introduce an Assistant Site Manager for the beginning of February 2019 to assist and work alongside the Site Manager seeing the project through to completion September 2019.
As the Assistant Site Manager for this particular project you will be responsible for the management of all subcontractors, enforcing health & safety and assisting with typical site administration tasks, with a strong lead on site.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experienced in this role with ideally 5 years minimum experience with a proven work history of similar contracts working within similar sectors. Ideally new build Leisure/Commercial/Student accommodation.
*Unfortunately this role would not be suitable for a candidate with a residential background.
- You must have an up to date CSCS card, SMSTS Qualification and First Aid Certificates.
- you must live up to an hours drive of Bodmin.
