Fraud Claims Consultant- Kent, Paying up to £30,000 + Company Benefits
A well established motor insurance business based in Kent is currently seeking a Fraud Claims Handler to deliver effective Claims Counter Fraud procedures whilst maintaining focus on customer's experience.
On a daily basis you will be reviewing referrals and claims from non-fraud claims teams and then investigating indemnity, liability and validity of those claims whilst implementing relevant process and strategies to deal with.
Manage a portfolio of suspected fraudulent claims from basic to complex, until completion.
To be fully competent in handling all elements of the claim process to include personal injury, credit hire, liability, fraud and litigation.
Act as a Point of Contact for all fraud related queries received from the business or external bodies
Ensuring that SLA's and KPI's are met and maintained consistently.
To apply you'll need
Proven Customer Service experience
Proven motor insurance experience essential (within Personal Injury)
Credit Hire handling experience required
Proven previous motor claims fraud experience required
PC literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Works well under own initiative and as part of a team
Excellent planning and organisational skills
