Role

My client is looking for a strong and experienced analyst that has experience in working with finance and fraud. Looking for professionalism to do deal with situations such as complaints plus customer enquires. You will be taking on investigations whilst liaising with your team and communicating with other departments. The role requires to identify cases of attempted fraud in order to minimise loss to the client. The ability to contact customers to establish authenticity of transactions plus following internal procedure.

Contact centre open - 6am - 11pm - fully flexible shifts

Given 4 weeks notice of shifts

Would be required to work 2/4 weekend

4 weekly pay
