One Stop has a fantastic opportunity for a Franchise Recruitment Manager to join our team. This role requires travel around the South West of England and South Wales. Responsibilities as our Franchise Recruitment Manager will include:

  • Recruiting new retail businesses to the Onestop brand from across the Independent and symbol convenience sector
  • Working in the independent retailing and Symbol convenience market of which Franchising plays a major part in the growth of the sector
  • Experience of the wholesale and independent sector brands will support the role of recruitment in identifying the right retailer and store location to partner with the Onestop franchise Brand
  • Driving effective working relationships with franchise team and company business to ensure we maximise the franchise partnership
  • Managing and own my recruitment pipeline tracker and ensure the business is kept up to date regularly
  • Following up and manage all incoming retailer enquiries in a timely manner whilst fulfilling all admin requirements
  • Visiting all incoming leads that meet our franchise criteria within a defined timeframe and arrange VIP visits for all leads wishing to progress
  • Owning and fully manage the relationship with franchisees throughout the  onboarding process to the point of signing the Franchise Contract
  • Working collaboratively with my BDM colleagues to ensure a seamless franchisee briefing and hand over at completion of the refit planning stages
  • Working effectively with BDM’s and Project Manager’s to ensure we provide a consistent and timely service to our franchisees
  • Working proactively with the finance team and franchisee to process financial information efficiently and in line with the credit process and profitability
  • Responsible for the recruitment of quality franchise stores in line with Right retailer/Right store guidance and criteria
  • Gaining comprehensive knowledge of my territory to build good retailer and store networks to help build my future recruitment pipelines
  • Gathering competitor, market information, and feedback to ensure One Stop Franchise is kept up to date with sector information and changes
  • Building own social media platforms and being proactive in sharing quality Onestop PR to help drive engagement with our brand
  • Working closely with recruitment team members to share knowledge and best practice to drive KPI numbers
