FP & A Analyst

A true FP & A Role in the Group function of this boutique, highly regarded Bank, based in The City.

Reporting directly to the Head of FP & A you will act as a Finance Business Partner and Analyst for the Group as well as providing key support to the Director of FP and A, Finance Controller and other non-finance colleagues.

Fantastic role for a bright candidate looking for their first Analytical role. This is a medium sized organisation but small enough to make this a very valuable and varied role.

Working as the key liaison point between finance and the wider business. On-going preparation of analysis and commentary on monthly financial performance and preparing and updating forecast financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Performance Analysis
· Business Forecasting & Planning
· Investor Relations Analysis & Reporting
· Strategic Business Planning
· Business case analysis
· Profitability Analysis
· Consolidation of Performance Analytics
· Regular interaction with Senior Management and sales teams

Key Experience:

· ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified
· Strong Business Partnering skills
· Strong Financial Services exposure
· Gravitas and ambition
· Committed team player
