NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with a very good reputation in the London area, in order to help them find a Fostering Panel Advisor who can join them on a permanent basis.

They offer hybrid working, so you can do some of the work from home and some from their office in North West London.

Responsibilities of the Fostering Panel Advisor:

• The Fostering Panel Advisor will be managing the fostering panels, will be working with the Form F Assessors and will also be attending the Panels
• in this role, you will also be developing and implementing performance management and quality assurance frameworks

Requirements:

• you are an experienced Social Worker with management or supervisory experience
• you have experience in fostering
• you drive
