Nonstop Care is currently assisting one of the largest fostering providers in the UK to add a new assessment manager to oversea operations.

The post will cover a large area from the East Midlands to the Thames Valley. You will be responsible for the recruitment and support of Form F Assessors to increase my client's capacity to help more and more foster children. You will be carrying out reviews of assessor's assessments and also presenting examples to a quality assurance panel.

The role is almost entirely homebased and you will have a lot of freedom to complete your tasks however you please. This means that you can spend more time with your family and friends with a lot of freedom to have a life outside of work.

What do I need?
* HCPC Registration
* Experience of supervising staff
* Driving Licence
* Knowledge of the fostering assessment process
* Form F Experience
