·Working alongside the site team, you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all snagging lists and Client care issues.
·Assisting with the coordination and management of trades, overseeing their activity, keeping to high levels of quality.
·Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management.
·Supervise the subcontractors to complete unfinished work.
·Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Experience and Skills
·Must have proven experience of loft conversions
·Proven experience of working as a foreman is essential for this role
. Must have proven residential experience
·Previous experience of working on small projects and high end properties
·Experience of overseeing rades, taking the buildings to full completion and handover to the client. (snagging and finishes etc)
·Must hold a valid CSCS
·Must have a valid and in date SMSTS or SSSTS training qualification
·Valid first aid at work certificate
·To be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness (SLA's, time of build, quality, profit etc.)
·To be able to demonstrate working with clients during the finishing/internal phases of a project
·Proven experience of successfully managing a sub-contractor work force to a high standard.
·Strong leadership and people management skills to ensure that objectives are achieved
·Be a confident communicator both verbally and in their written communication
·A methodical, systematic and logical approach
