Due to continued growth and business development we are looking to recruit an experienced Foremen with an electrical background to join our Sheffield MSC.

Main responsibilities

As a experiencedForeman you will be required to carry out the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of hire and customer equipment. The Foreman you will be responsible forsupervisingthe service engineers on a day to day basis to deliver the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of hire and customer equipment in the agreed timescale.

As a experiencedForeman within Speedy, you will ensurethat all requirements for repairs and maintenance are completed in a safe and efficientmanner, and provide technical assistance, and organise technical training of depot engineers.

Ideal candidate

To be successful as a Foreman within Speedy you will need:

  • Previous experience as a working Foreman
  • Industry experience in hire/engineering
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Personable and adaptable to different situations.
  • Knowledge of organising and managing asset and stock counts
