Forecast Planning Manager

Our market leading client based in the West Midlands are currently recruiting for a Forecast Planning Manager on a Permanent basis. Working with a household name you will be responsible for both short and long-term plans in line with agreed service levels within the business and creating capacity plans.

Key Responsibilities;

• Build short, medium and long-term forecasts for both front and back office functions

• Design and produce long term capacity plans

• Produce effective forecasts based on trends, on a daily and weekly basis.

• Report on KPI’S including headcount or predictions on SLA’s

• Work closely with Real Time Analysts/Scheduling to ensure service improvements are made in relation to scheduling and forecasting.

• Make suggestions for continuous improvement opportunities and enhancements to existing processes to maximise resources.

Experience Required;

• Experience of working within a Forecast/Resource Planning role in a contact centre environment for approximately 2-3 years (front and back office functions)

• Forecasting using Workforce Management tools (IEX TotalView Preferably)

• Ability to analyse and interpret data to be presented.

• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent communication skills;

  • Stakeholder engagement and reporting to Board/Head of level

• Ability to influence changes to processes and policies to aid in the success of strategic plans.
