Our online investment services client is now recruiting for Customer Service Executive's to join their growing team. They are an investment broker, providing financial services products, information and an online trading platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong call handling and written communication skills, primarily from a claims or complaints handler background. With the ability to hold intuitive conversations over the phone and secure messaging, supporting existing customers with their online accounts.
- Answering inbound calls from customers looking for help with their online account
- Communication via secured messenger and email
- Ensuring successful outcome of each call
- Giving accurate information to customer
- A drive for success
- First class written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- A passion for delivering customer support that is second to none
