FOOT MOBILE MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an independent Engineering and Maintenance company based out of North Kent. They cover all areas of the Building Services & Facilities Maintenance sector, including; Mechanical & Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for both Planned Maintenance and Reactive Repairs across a portfolio of clients in the South East and London area.

They are currently seeking a Foot Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join their London team

Foot Mobile Maintenance Electrician Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Covering the London area - West End and The City
  • Planned Maintenance and Monthly PPM's
  • Fire Alarm Checks, Emergency Light Checks
  • Repairs and Maintenance to Lighting and Power
  • Good understanding of BMS systems and M&E/HVAC
  • Fan Coil Maintenance / AHU's Filter Changes etc
  • Minor works as required

Foot Mobile Maintenance Electrician Skills & Qualifications:

  • 17th Edition Electrical Regs / Electrical Qualification; NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent
  • IPAF/PASMA ideally
  • Good M&E/HVAC Knowledge
  • L8/Legionella Awareness training beneficial

Foot Mobile Maintenance Electrician Salary, Package and Benefits:

  • c£34,000
  • Travel Expenses Paid for Zones 1 & 2
