This opportunity is to work within a well established, growing organisation based in the South. The company specialise in providing building services to a range of clients. Due to planned growth within the region they are now looking to recruit the services of an additional Foot Mobile Building Services Mobile Engineer in Central London.
The role of a Foot Mobile Building Services engineer is extremely mixed service and maintenance duties so would suit someone who is a general all-rounder within mechanical and electrical building maintenance and ideally someone who is willing to "turn their hand" to the odd fabric maintenance job when required.
To be successful in the role of Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer, you will have experience working on the following:
- Fan coil units (FCU)
- Air handling units (AHU)
- Air Conditioning systems ideally VAV
- Heating Appliances
- Hot & Cold water systems
- Emergency lighting tests
- Filter cleaning and changing
- General fabric works
In return for your skills as a Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer, the client is offering the following package:
- Basic Salary up to £32,000 (DOE)
- Zone 1-6 Travel Card
- Fuel Card
- 20 Days Holiday (Rising each year to a maximum of 25 Days)
- Pension Scheme
- Health Scheme (after qualifying period)
