Our Outstanding client school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Subject Leader of Food Technology to join their team of talented, energetic and visionary teachers.

This rare opportunity offers the right candidate the chance to play an integral role as our client school establishes Food Technology as a subject at their school. From September 2018 the school will be located in s new permanent £18m building, where Food Technology will have its own, fully equipped area. They expect Food Technology to be a popular and successful course across the school and will be introducing it as an option at Key Stage 4 from September, with the option of further study in the Sixth Form to follow. Through their Electives programme there is space to develop an interest and understanding of food and cooking beyond the curriculum.

This is an excellent career opportunity offering valuable leadership and management experience that would provide the ideal preparation for further middle or senior leadership roles.

You will have a passion for food and cooking, and a track record of excellent teaching, collaboration and creativity.
