Are you a passionate Food Technology teacher looking to join a rapidly improving secondary school?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Technology Teacher to become an integral part of a forward-thinking secondary school in Southampton.

About the Role:

  • Teach Food Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire students and develop their practical and theoretical skills

  • Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives

  • Support students' progress and achievement through effective assessment and feedback

  • Work collaboratively within a supportive and motivated department

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Proven ability to teach Food Technology confidently across KS3 and KS4

  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student engagement

  • Commitment to supporting a school on a journey of continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
