This is an exciting opportunity to join an growing local family bakery as a Food Production Operative

Location: Lazonby, Cumbria

Salary: 12.02 to 15.03 per hour, plus 25% overtime rates

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Various day shift patterns are available working - 4 days between Monday to Saturday working from either 05.15, 07.00 or 08.00am for 9.75 hours (every other Saturday 04.00am - 14.15)

Food Production Operative - The Role:

- Work in a safe manner, reporting any issues to the appropriate person as required
- Responsible for efficiently meeting all production work requirements allocated to you by following operating procedures and works instructions
- Complete accurately and store HACCP paperwork as required and within appropriate time scales
- Ensure our products meet the required quality standards
- Work as a member of a team helping to implement and carry out all company working practices and achieve team objectives
- Identify and suggest ideas for improvement
