Food & Beverage Supervisor / Manager

Posted 24 April by Berkeley Scott Easy Apply Ended

Berkeley Scott are very pleased to be recruiting for this position in the Chorley area, on behalf of one of our favourite clients.

We are hoping to attract candidates from an independent, higher-end 3 star / 4 star / country house hotel background with prior experience as an F&B Supervisor to help lead the team in 2018 and beyond.

The hotel already does a really good trade in weddings and is expecting an uplift in these in 2018 and 2019, so experience in M&E as well as a la carte bookings would be an advantage as the site has a diverse range of banqueting, fine dining and a more casual offering too.

You will be responsible to the operators for ensuring services run smoothly, anticipating and overcoming obstacles as they arise. You will also be responsible for the setting up and forward-planning of the business, ensuring you have your aces in places and everyone is regularly appraised as the event / service takes place.

For the right individual, there is a lot of scope for development into a fully-fledged F&B Manager, then Operations Manager, so if you are looking to join a business where your efforts and hard work will be recognised and rewarded quickly, then this could be for you.

You should be able to demonstrate reliability in your past positions, and be able to demonstrate that you are looking for your next position to be able to really deliver some results.

In return for your experience and dedication, you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £23,000 (negotiable) alongside tips and other benefits.

In order to ensure your enquiry with regards to this position is dealt with quickly, please click apply with an up-to-date copy of your Curriculum Vitae in a Word Document format. If this role does not fully match your needs please visit our website for similar opportunities or call us on .
