Food and Beverage Operations Manager - Near Surbiton, Up to £30k basic
I am currently looking for a food and beverage operations manager for a Premier South London Golf Club. The venue has a stunning golf course, along with large conference and event spaces, playing host to a wide range of corporate events, wedding and parties throughout the year.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in running large food and beverage operations, across a number of venues, and have up to date health and safety qualifications. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have managed large teams across large scale events, and possess the ability to manage multiple events at one time.
The ideal candidate will need to have a lively, out-going personality, excellent man-management and communication skills and an analytical understanding of finance. Most importantly, you need to have a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service with a 'hands on' approach.
The role is far from Monday- Friday, with early mornings, late nights and weekend work expected within to suit the needs of the business.
