Food & Beverage Manager
Regular weekends off
£27,000 per annum
This is a great opportunity to join a successful team in a multi-site, large fresh food organisation, serving up to 600 covers per day.
You will currently be working as a Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager in a busy high volume restaurant, hotel, or commercial contract catering operation.
A massive bonus is that you will work predominantly straight day shifts with regular weekends off.
ROLE - FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
As the Food & Beverage Manager you will:
·Manage the daily operation of a large restaurant
·Recruit, train, lead and develop your team
·Ordering and control of stock
·Maintain legislation and compliance
·Maintain company systems & procedures
ATTRIBUTES - FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
·Experience in busy, high volume cafes, restaurants, hotels, or commercial contract catering operations
·A background managing high volume restaurants
·Excellent people, communication, and man-management skills
·The ability to train, develop, and manage teams
·An intrinsic understanding of relevant legislation & compliance
·A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
·Passion and drive to succeed
·IT literate - working with systems & process
