I am recruiting a food and beverage supervisor to work in a luxurious 4 star hotel in Hampshire. You will be working in their 2 rosette restaurant.
You will be responsible for
- delivering outstanding hospitality to the guests
- demonstrating excellent food and wine knowledge,
- approaching guests in a friendly, genuine and approachable manner.
- providing coaching and training to members of your team.
Previous Experience in a rosette restaurant is essential. This is a great opportunity for a head waiter or supervisor looking for a place to learn new skills and develop a successful career in hospitality.
