My clients Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to their members on a daily basis. They ensure all dining experiences are in keeping with the brand standards and ensure the team members are operating effectively at all times. They are leaders with a can-do attitude and who look to go out of their way to enhance the experience of the members so having a great personality and being able to work at a fast pace is essential in this position!
They are responsible for building great team morale and play an important role in maintaining standards across the entire F+B offering.
Of course, you'll be a self motivated team player with great communication skills. You'll learn fast and be brilliant at showing new team members how it's done. You'll be great to be reliable, hard-working and energetic. You will be required to work shift hours and have a flexible approach to working patterns. You will lead the team and be on hand to assist the F+B Manager with managerial duties.
