My client, a leading local hotel and part of a larger group have a requirement for an experienced F&B Manager to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager the Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for:
·Managing the daily F&B operations of the hotel
·Leading the F&B team and overseeing all departments
·Proactively encourage development and motivation for self and others
·Identifying, communicating and actioning all sales leads
·Carrying out interviews and contributing to the recruitment decisions
·Following company control procedures in accordance with the internal audit requirements
Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organisation.
The ideal candidate will need to have previous hotel management experience at a 4* level and would ideally be versed in providing a high end service. You will be flexible, well organised, possess excellent communication skills and an outstanding all round knowledge of F&B within hotels. The successful food & beverage manager will be a person who leads from the front with a hands on management ethos.
