Food and Beverage Attendant
We are currently recruiting a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our busy Food & Beverage team. This is a full-time position to work 40 hours over 5 days per week; shifts will include evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate will have a professional, welcoming approach with a keen interest in food and beverage and the ability to establish rapport to deliver high standards of service in a busy environment.
This hands-on role provides direct contact with guests and the opportunity to develop your skills in interactions with both guests and team members.
Duties & Competencies of an F&B Attendant:
As Food & Beverage Attendant you will be assisting with all aspects of our Food and Beverage offerings this may include Breakfast, Room Service, Conferences, Lunches, Afternoon teas and Dinner.
As part of the role you will be expected to communicate with the chefs and other members of the team ensuring all standards are met with attention to detail, creating memories of an experience that the guest will never forget.
A working knowledge of wine & spirits is an advantage.
