FM Project Manager
Opus LGGS is recruiting an FM Project Manager on behalf of Cambridgeshire County Council. We would like to speak with FM Project Managers with experience in Space Planning, Move Management, Minor Construction works.
This is a temporary role whereby you will be expected to manage a programme of moves and changes in County Council Office premises in Cambridgeshire.
You will be a FM Project Manager with space planning knowledge, move management experience and the ability to manage related minor construction works that might be necessary as part of a move, i.e. re-decs, re-flooring, electrical/data cabling etc. You will have good IT and AutoCad skills, and the ability to manage specifications and contracts.
A basic knowledge of Building Regulations, Health and Safety, general construction, electric/data connections etc is a must. You are expected to attend project meetings and manage projects, including variations, stage payments, practical completion and handover, and keep accurate up to date records on our IT system.
Immediate start. Forty hours per week. You will have your own vehicle to travel between sites in Cambridgeshire, (mileage rate 45ppm).
This position is for an initial 12 weeks with a possibility of being extended.
