FM Operations & Events Manager - (mixed use site / W1)

We have an exciting opportunity for a FM Operations & Events Manager to manage all aspects of delivery for a prestigious site which holds high end Residential, Retail and Commercial Offices.

This key position will manage all aspects of site delivery whilst driving Event Management Duties, responsibilities include:

  • Being the point of contact for all occupiers and tenants to support needs/requirements
  • Contract management to ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards
  • Financial/Service Charge Budget management
  • Manage the implementation of the site disaster procedures to cover all emergencies
  • Working with the property manager to maximise Event opportunities
  • Coordinator the logistics to deliver Events on site
  • Looking at opportunities to maximise Marketing and Income opportunities

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven Commercial Site Manager with Marketing/Event experience to deliver this prestigious site. Ideally holding a Health & Safety accreditation (IOSH/NEBOSH).
