Fluent Welsh Speaking Long-Term Teaching Role Confirmed Until July Caerphilly

Your new school

This school is a large Welsh Medium Primary School situated in Caerphilly. It caters for just under 400 pupils from 3 to 11 years. The school is a caring, happy community that promotes several aspects of emotional wellbeing as well as a drive for the pupils to be successful.

Your new role

Starting in immediately, this role is a full-time maternity cover role based in a mixed Year4/5 class teaching 5 days a week confirmed for 10 months. You will be expected to plan and prepare your own lessons, as well as marking and attending parent's evenings. There will also be assistance from a fully qualified TA.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a qualified teacher with previous experience of teaching Key Stage 2. You will need to be a fluent Welsh speaker as well as being committed to safeguarding. You will need to work with honesty and integrity, have a live DBS or a willingness to get one.
