We are pleased to be working with an international organisation to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Advisor for a newly created team at their UK headquarters. A fantastic opportunity to join a new team of Helpdesk Advisors that will be servicing the German client base and ensuring an excellent service is provided.

The role will consist of following up on queries, providing technical support and helping provide customers with an excellent service.We are seeking fluent German speakers with some previous customer service experience. Overview of duties:

  • Providing technical support
  • Provide a personable and professional service
  • Working well in a team, working closely with other departments.
  • Be responsible for all related administration tasks.
  • Being organised and managing 'Tickets' on the in-house database.
  • Ensuring queries and issues are followed through until completion.
  • Problem solving following processes within a busy environment.
  • Representing the company well, ensuring customers are given a great service.

Person Requirements:

  • Fluent German
  • Good IT skills
  • Proficiency on Outlook/Excel
  • Ability to confidently communicate and work in a fast paced enviroment
  • A good team player
