I am working with a well-known technology-focused online service provider who has a large and unique multi-lingual office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
They are recognised across Europe and are in the process of expanding their Client Support Teams with a new native speaking German Client Executive. They have offices across the world working with the elite clientele of their business sector.
The purpose of the role is to provide 1st line helpdesk support in response to all inbound calls and emails. You will answer customer queries supporting technical products and identifying and providing solutions for any issues that may arise, which will include product demonstrations with a full understanding of how their technology works.
The Ideal Candidate will:
*Have proven customer service contact centre helpdesk experience.
*Previous IT technical helpdesk experience required.
*Excellent communicator with fluent written and verbal English & German.
*Have a good understanding of customer service in an Online business
*Be a good communicator and problem solver. Be computer savvy
*Have an ability to understand customer needs and respond to them.
Salary: £22,000 + 10% Bonus + 5 weeks holiday + Bank holidays + flexible benefits.
Working rota:- 08:00 - 16:30 or 11:30 - 20:00.
