The client is a global leader in business services with many employees working worldwide. They have a fantastic opportunity for a number of individuals who are fluent in Dutch or Flemish to work for a global automotive brand in the customer service department.
It is to work within the customer service and be responsible for the resolutions of incoming contacts from customers in regards to the brand and product or services. Deliver excellent customer service by understanding the customer’s wants and needs. Investigate customer requirements on the company’s system and other communication methods.
Log all details onto system and follow up with actions plans using a case management system. Liaise with business partners to resolve or provide action plans. As well as escalate issues to higher management.
•We are looking for people with experiences in customer service.
•Be fluent in the Dutch or Flemish language (fluent in all written, spoken and reading level).
•Good communication skills in English.
•Good computer skills.
•Can prioritise workload and make efficient decisions.
The roles are full time permanent positions. It is to work within the head office in Luton, Bedfordshire area.
The office building has a parking site, entertainment rooms, a kitchen area and a self-serving convenience shop.
